Dupage County has made efforts to help promote harmonious coexistence between the people and wildlife living in our area. The Forest Preserve District of Dupage County has educational programs and help support the below wild life center.

Willowbrook Wildlife Center (WWC)
The WWC center located at 525 S. Park Boulevard, in Glen Ellyn, Illinois works to promote harmonious coexistence between the people and wildlife of DuPage County. They also to promote diverse and healthy wildlife populations through public education and wildlife rehabilitation. This mission is achieved the combined efforts of the center's staff and the Forest Preserve District of Dupage County.

Items Urgently needed at the WWC
The center is in urgent need of the following items. Those items are:
- IAMs Kitten chow (the brand WWC uses for their songbird diets),
- 3" metal scrapers,
- dust pans,
- 3M duct tape,
- hose nozzles,
- critter carriers (clear plastic carriers found at pet stores), and
- bleach.
